The Clerks Office Public Counter Business Hours are from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Clerk's staff may be contacted until 5:00 pm by calling 570-831-2500.  The courthouse is handicap accessible.

Wilkes-Barre lies in the Northeastern section of Pennsylvania. It has easy access from Interstates 80, 81, 84, 380, and the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-476).

Courthouse Parking:  Metered parking is available on the streets surrounding the courthouse.  There are also two public parking garages within two blocks of the courthouse.  Central Park and Lock, 41 South Main Street, Wilkes-Barre, PA  AND  Park and Lock #6, 39 West Northampton Street, Wilkes-Barre, PA.
