The court is pleased to announce the selection of Seth F. Eisenberg as the next Clerk of Court for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Eisenberg will succeed Terrence S. Miller as Clerk of Court, who will be retiring on December 31, 2024. Mr. Eisenberg will officially assume the responsibilities of Clerk of Court on January 1, 2025.
