MOTION FOR SUBSTANTIVE CONSOLIDATION
 
Overview:
 
Substantive Consolidation -  FRBR 1015(a) LBR 1015-1(b) - If two or more petitions by, regarding, or against the same debtor are pending in the same court, the court may order consolidation of the cases. A substantive consolidation includes combining assets and liabilities of separate estates into a single pool to pay creditors.

This filing should be accompanied by the Motion/Pleading, Notice of Motion, Certificate of Service (evidencing service of Motion/Pleading and Notice of Motion) and Proposed Order.
