Rule 6006-1 Executory Contracts.

(a)     Notice.  A notice of a motion for the assumption, rejection, or assignment of an executory contract or unexpired lease must contain the following:

          (1)     a date by which objections may be filed;

          (2)     a statement that in the event there are no objections filed an order may be entered approving the proposed assumption, rejection, or assignment without further notice; and

          (3)     the hearing date and time when any objection to the motion is to be heard.

(b)     Response.  No response is required to an objection.
