Appear Pro Hac Vice

Rev. 05/08/19

An attorney who is admitted to practice before any United States District Court and the highest court of any state or the District of Columbia, and who is a member of the bar in good standing in every jurisdiction where admitted, may be admitted to practice before the court for the purpose of a particular case.  A request for admission must be made by written motion.  The court in its discretion may grant an oral motion for admission made in open court.  A motion to appear pro hac vice is not a request for general admission to practice before the United Stated District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

This filing should be accompanied by the Motion and Proposed Order.  When required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013-3, a Certificate of Service must also be filed.
