(There is no image or paper document associated with this entry.)  Last day to Object to Plan Confirmation    date   .  Confirmation hearing to be held on    date ,    time   at  location.

Prompts the filer to:

  • Set objection to plan confirmation deadline which defaults to 7 days before the confirmation hearing date.
  • Set a confirmation hearing date, time and location at least 32 days from the docket entry.

  • Queues a CM form notice for the Clerk’s Office to serve on all creditors.
