The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania proposes to amend Local Bankruptcy Rule 2016-2 (Compensation of Debtor's Attorneys in Chapter 13 Cases). The changes have been provisionally approved by the Bankruptcy Judges. The Court hereby offers public notice of the proposed amendments and seeks public comment. The amendments to the Local Rules will become effective on October 1, 2024. Comments on the proposed amendments may be submitted either by email PAMB_Local_Rules [at] pamb.uscourts.gov or by U.S. Mail to the Honorable Henry W. Van Eck, Sylvia H. Rambo U.S. Courthouse, 1501 North 6th Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102. Comments must be submitted no later than September 22, 2024.
