Trustee - Final Report (Ch. 13)

Rev. 05/06/19

FINAL REPORT OF CHAPTER 13 TRUSTEE

Overview:

The principal administrator in a Chapter 13 case is the trustee.  The Chapter 13 trustee receives and accounts for payments made through the Chapter 13 plans and is usually responsible for disbursement to creditors pursuant to the plan as confirmed.  Among the duties of the Chapter 13 trustee is to make a final report and accounting of the administration of the estate.  A presumption that the estate has been fully administered is created if the trustee has filed a final report and account and has certified that the estate has been fully administered, and the United States Trustee or Bankruptcy Administrator or a party in interest does not file an objection within 30 days.
