Case Info

  • Voice Case Information System (McVCIS) is available by dialing 1-866-222-8029 and simply following the voice prompts.  This system provides basic information on filings from live data using pre-recorded voice and computer generated sound. 
  • Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF)/PACER Live Login the Court's electronic case filing system that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  This system can be accessed using your PACER login, issued by the PACER Service Center.  Accessing it with a PACER login, allows users to view case dockets and documents electronically filed with the Court.  Accessing it with an ECF login, allows users to electronically file documents (See Electronic Filing - Registration for information on how to obtain an ECF login). 
  • ePOC Claims Filing the Court's electronic proof of claim filing system that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  This system permitsthe electronic filing of claims, amending a proof of claim, and withdrawing a proof of claim without requiring a login into the Court's Electronic Filing System (CM/ECF).  All filings using this system are subject to General Order 5-14-mp-00003.
     
  • Public Access Court Electronic Records (PACER) Service Center is an electronic public access service that allows users to obtain case and docket information from federal appellate, district and bankruptcy courts, and the PACER Case Locator via the Internet.  Users must register for an account with PACER. 
     
  • PACER National Case Locator is a national index for U.S. District, Bankruptcy and Appellate courts.  The system serves as a locator index for PACER.  You may conduct nationwide searches to determine whether or not a party is involved in a federal litigation.
     
  • Court Records is a website maintained by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts on behalf of the Federal Judiciary.  
     
  • Conventional Copies and Certified Copies of the electronically filed documents may be purchased at the Clerk’s Office. The fee for copying and certification will be in accordance with 28 U.S.C. §1930.
     
  • Judgments and Orders - Pursuant to Fed. R. Bankr. P. 5003(c), the Clerk keeps a copy of every final judgment or order affecting title to or lien on real property or for the recovery of money or property, and any other order which the court may direct to be kept.  All inquiries regarding judgments and orders pursuant to Fed. R. Bankr. P. 5003(c) should be directed to the Clerk's Office.
