DISCHARGE UNDER 11 USC 1228(a) OR 1328(a)
Overview:
A discharge releases individual debtors from personal liability for most debts and prevents the creditors owed those debts from taking any collection actions against the debtor. Under certain circumstances, a debtor may request an early discharge from the court.
This filing should be accompanied by the Motion and Proposed Order. When required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013-3, a Certificate of Service must also be filed.
