MOTION TO REOPEN CASE
After an estate is fully administered and the trustee is discharged, the court will close the case. A case may be reopened to administer assets, accord relief to the debtor, or for other cause. (Fee Due except when reopened to correct an administrative error, or assert protection of the discharge injunction). The trustee may request to reopen a case to administer assets and may defer the reopening fee until the extent to which assets exist is determined.
No noticing required.
This filing should be accompanied by the Motion/Pleading, Certificate of Service, and Proposed Order.
