 CHAPTER 13 PLAN PAYMENTS COMPLETED

Overview:

The principal administrator in a Chapter 13 case is the trustee.  The Chapter 13 trustee receives and accounts for payments made through the Chapter 13 plans and is usually responsible for disbursement to creditors pursuant to the plan as confirmed.  When the final payment is completed and cleared, the court is required to grant a discharge as soon as practicable after eligibility.
