APPLICATION TO PAY FILING FEE IN INSTALLMENTS
 
Overview:
 
Only individuals can pay in installments. If filed by a corporation or business send to Chambers. Also, checks and money orders must be payable to Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court and may not be debtor(s) personal Check. The time cannot exceed 120 days from the date of the Petition. This can be extended to180 days with cause.
