MOTION TO DETERMINE FINAL CURE AND MORTGAGE PAYMENT
 

 

OVERVIEW:

On motion of the debtor or trustee filed within 45 days after service of Response to Notice of Final Cure Payment Rule 3002.1, the court shall determine whether the debtor has cured the default and paid all required postpetition amounts. 

This filing should be accompanied by the Motion and Proposed Order.  When required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013-3, a Certificate of Service must also be filed.
