This event is used to extend the time for the filing of required schedules, plan or the mailing matrix and should be filed within 14 days of the filing of the petition or before any previously granted extension expires. A motion to extend is not considered an answer to the U.S. Trustee’s motion to dismiss for failure to file documents.

This motion should be accompanied by the Motion, Proposed Order and Certificate of Service.
