** Amended Order Amending Local Bankruptcy Rules and Forms Effective 12/01/2017 **

The Honorable Robert N. Opel, II, Chief Judge for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania entered a district-wide Amended Order (5-04-mp-50010) on December 5, 2017 amending the Local Bankruptcy Rules and Forms for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.  The amendments to the Local Rules and Forms are effective December 1, 2017.
