The Court's Electronic Case Filing system (CM/ECF) has been modified to close a security vulnerability.

A new warning message may display when PACER users perform queries, run reports or open links in a new tab. This warning message may also display when a user who has the PACER receipts turned off accesses the Notice of Electronic Filing (NEF) hyperlink after the free look has been used.

Filers who access the Court's CM/ECF system through a software program should contact their software provider to inquire if an update is needed.
