The Harrisburg Bankruptcy Clerk's Office has been temporarily relocated to the 7th floor, Suite 730, of the Ronald Reagan Federal Building until further notice.
As announced, CM/ECF will be down from 4:00 PM Friday March 22 - sometime Sunday March 24. The web site will be updated and an email sent when it is available again.
The Court has been alerted to a scam being perpetrated on debtors and possibly others where the victim receives a fraudulent phone call from someone claiming to be from the bankruptcy court and demanding payment via Zelle, Venmo, or some other method. Please note that the Bankruptcy Court Clerk’s never calls for payment and does not accept payment via any method other than a debit card, check (except from debtors), or money order. The Court has learned that Attorney Peter J. Mulcahy passed away on or about December 3, 2025. If you have made arrangements to assist Attorney Mulcahy’s clients in the event of his passing, please contact the Clerk of Court or the Chief Deputy Clerk of Court.
