MOTION TO SEVER/SUA SPONTE ORDER
 
Overview:
 
Severance - LBR 1015-1(c)(2) – A request to sever cases that have been jointly administered.
 
The filing should be accompanied by the Motion, Notice of Motion, and Proposed Order.  When required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013-3, a Certificate of Service must also be filed.
 
The Judge may sever a case without a motion being filed.
