MOTION TO CONDUCT 341 MEETING OF CREDITORS BY INTERROGATORIES
 
Overview:
 

To conduct the 341 meeting of creditors by interrogatories, movant must have Trustee's concurrence.  If concurrence is reached, no motion is necessary.

This filing should be accompanied by the Motion,  Notice of Motion, and Proposed Order.  When required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013-3, a Certificate of Service must also be filed.

Chapter 13 cases, the Trustee does not conduct 341 meetings by Interrogatories.
