(for DEBTORS ATTORNEY IN A CHAPTER 13 CASE)

 

 
Overview:
 
An attorney representing a debtor(s) in a chapter 13 case must file an application for approval of compensation in order to be paid for all services rendered after the filing of the case.
 
This filing should be accompanied by the Motion, Notice of Motion, and Proposed Order.  When required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013-3, a Certificate of Service must also be filed.
