MailNotify Issue post 1.8
Please be advised that the Clerk’s Office recently became aware that attorneys who have selected to receive daily e-mail summaries of CM/ECF activity may not have received those reports since November 15, 2024. (Note: If you receive emails from CM/ECF each time something is filed and do not only receive a nightly summary this does not apply to you.).
The problem is ongoing and we do not currently have an estimate when the issue will be corrected. Once the issue is resolved, we will run the report back to Friday, November 15, 2024, and you will receive an e-mailed activity report from November 15 through the date of the report.
In the meantime, you can obtain an activity report by selecting “Reports | Docket Activity Report” and set the start date to November 15, 2024 and it will show you activity only in your cases. Please note that there is a PACER fee to get this report and any subsequent documents you open. We are unable to categorically exempt those fees. Alternatively, going forward, you have the option to switch from nightly activity reports to receiving notifications for each time something is filed in CM/ECF in your cases.
