MOTION TO REOPEN CASE

Overview:

After an estate is fully administered and the trustee is discharged, the court will close the case.  A case may be reopened to administer assets, accord relief to the debtor, or for other cause.  The trustee may request to reopen a case to administer assets and may defer the reopening fee until the extent to which assets exist is determined.

No noticing required.

This filing should be accompanied by the Motion and a Proposed Order.  When required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013-3, a Certificate of Service must also be filed.
