PLAN – CHAPTER 13


Overview:

The debtor may file a chapter 13 plan accompanying the petition but as a separate pleading using the event listed below.  If not filed with the petition, it shall be filed within 14 days thereafter.  The time in which to file the plan may be extended for cause shown and on notice as the court may direct.
