COURT TO REMAIN OPEN
DURING GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN

Despite the government shutdown, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania will remain open and continue operations pending further Order of the Court.

Filings will continue to be accepted.

Hearings and trials will proceed as scheduled.
