Overview:
On motion of any party in interest, the court may order examination or deposition of any entity for the purpose of determining the liabilities and financial condition of the debtor.

This filing should be accompanied by the Motion and a Proposed Order.  When required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013-3, a Certificate of Service must also be filed.
