The Court provides Electronic Filing options for both attorneys and for parties who are not represented by an attorney. Attorneys are required to use the Case Management/Electronic Case Filing system (CM/ECF) subject to Local Rule 5005-3 Filings During Systems Failures. Unrepresented parties can use our Electronic Document Submission System (EDSS) or you may submit documents at the courthouse or mail them to the courthouse.
