Overview:
 
When a debtor proposes to sell property at a public sale in a chapter 11 case, other than a sale conducted by a professional auctioneer, a motion to approve bidding procedures is required. These motions must be filed separately from a Motion for Sale Free and Clear of Liens.
 
This filing should be accompanied by the Motion, Notice of Motion, Certificate of Service, and Proposed Order.
