Overview:
Only the debtor may file a plan during the first 120 days after filing the petition and may request an extension of this exclusive period. If the debtor has filed a plan which has not been confirmed within 180 days of filing the petition, they may also ask for an extension of this exclusive period.

This filing should be accompanied by the Motion, Notice of Motion, and a Proposed Order.  When required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013-3, a Certificate of Service must also be filed.
