Overview:
The clerk of court may only collect the fees prescribed in 28 U.S.C. Section 1930. The fees included in the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule are to be charged for services provided by the bankruptcy courts.
This filing should be accompanied by the Application and a Proposed Order.
