Overview:
At any time after the confirmation of the plan but before the completion of payments under such plan, the plan may be modified upon request of the debtor, the trustee or the holder of an allowed unsecured claim. This filing should be accompanied by the Motion, Notice of Motion, and a Proposed Order. When required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013-3, a Certificate of Service must also be filed.
