Overview:
A debtor must seek the permission of the court to use cash collateral. Cash collateral consists of cash, negotiable instruments, documents of title, security deposit accounts or other cash equivalents. These are often expedited in chapter 11 cases.  This filing is self-scheduled and should be accompanied by the Motion, Notice of Motion, and Proposed Order. When required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013-3, a Certificate of Service must also be filed.
