Passive NoticeProvides an objection/response deadline.  A hearing will not be scheduled unless an objection/response is filed, or the court determines a hearing should be set.  An order may be entered without conducting a hearing. If an objection/ response is filed, the court will issue a Hearing Notice advising parties of the date, time, location, and matter set for hearing. 
Semi-Passive NoticeProvides an objection/response deadline and a proposed hearing date if objections/responses are filed.  If an objection/response is not filed, the court may enter an order without conducting a hearing.  If an objection/ response is filed, the matter will proceed to hearing at the date, time, and location indicated in the notice.  If a default order has not been entered on the docket before the hearing date, the parties or their counsel are required to appear in court.
Hearing Required NoticeMay provide an objection/response deadline and sets the matter for hearing.  The hearing will take place at the date, time and location indicated in the notice, regardless if an objection/response is filed.
Court Hearing NoticeGenerated by the court and will advise parties of the date, time, location, and matter set for hearing.
