Overview:
A Notice of Change to Asset Case is the trustee’s notification to the court that possible assets exist for administration. The report request that the Clerk notifies all parties and creditors that possible assets may exist for administration and may also request the clerk establish a claims bar date and distribute a proof of claim form.
