Overview:  
Sanctions are usually monetary fines levied upon a party to a legal action, or his/her attorney, for violating rules of procedure, failing to comply with a court order or for abusing the judicial process. A motion for sanctions under FRBR 9011(b) shall be made separately from other motions or requests.

This filing should be accompanied by the Motion and a Proposed Order.  When required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013-3, a Certificate of Service must also be filed.
