Overview:
Debtors may be barred from filing bankruptcy for a variety of reasons.  The length of time they are barred from filing, and the place where they may be barred from filing, vary depending on the circumstances.

This should be accompanied by the Motion and Proposed Order.  When required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013-3, a Certificate of Service must also be filed.
