Overview:
An attorney may seek approval to execute a post-petition retainer with the debtor. These motions will be treated like motions to incur debt/obtain credit.
This motion is self-scheduled and should be accompanied by the Motion, Notice of Motion, copy of the retainer agreement, and Proposed Order. When required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013-3, a Certificate of Service must also be filed.
