Overview:
When a Ch 7 asset case is coming to a close the trustee prepares and files their final report and submits it to the US Trustee for review. The trustee has 60 days to review the report before filing the report with the Court. If no objection has been filed by the US Trustee or a party in interest, there shall be a presumption that the estate has been fully administered.
The Notice of final report should be accompanied with the Proposed Distribution. When required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013-3, a Certificate of Service must also be filed.
