Overview:

Most individual debtors filing for bankruptcy relief are required to complete Bankruptcy Form 122A-1, 122B or 122C-1 Statement of Current Monthly Income Calculation.  Chapter 7 debtors will complete form 122A for “means testing” purposes.

Presumption of Abuse language is included on the Chapter 7 341 Meeting of Creditors notice.  The wording is determined based on the Means flag set at the time 341 Meeting of Creditors notice was created.
