Overview:
If a debtor receives any payments from an employer 60 days prior to filing a petition, the debtor must file copies of all payment advices.  If no payments were received in the 60 days prior to filing a petition the debtor must file a certification of no payments advices.  The payment advices or a certification of no payment advices can be filed with the petition or within 14 days of filing the petition.
