Overview:
A discharge may not be entered until the court finds there is no reasonable cause to believe that 11 U.S.C. § 522(q)(1) applies, or could apply, to the debtor; the debtor has completed an approved instructional course concerning personal financial management; and, if the debtor owes domestic support obligations, the debtor has certified that all payments due have been paid. The court should enter the discharge order as soon practicable after eligibility.
