Overview:
Whenever a claim is transferred under the terms specified in Rule 3001(e)(2), after a proof of claim has been filed, the purchaser/transferee must file evidence of the transfer.  If the transfer of claim is filed the clerk will give notice of the alleged transfer to the seller/transferor stating that any objection must be filed within 21 days from the date the notice is mailed (two additional days are added for service).
