The Court has revised the Amended Chapter 13 Plan (Pre-Confirmation) filing instructions to include language regarding evidentiary hearings that must be included in any notice for a matter scheduled to be heard before Chief Judge France on a Chapter 13 confirmation day.  This language is not to be included in the hearing required notices for Judges Thomas and Opel. 

For Judges Thomas and Opel cases, the evidentiary hearing will be conducted at the time of the confirmation hearing and the hearing notice must so indicate.

For Judge France cases only, the evidentiary hearing will not be conducted at the time of the confirmation hearing so the hearing required notice for an Amended Chapter 13 Plan (Pre-Confirmation) must include the following language:

Please note that evidentiary hearings will not be conducted at the time of the confirmation hearing.  If it is determined during the confirmation hearing that an evidentiary hearing is required, the evidentiary hearing will be scheduled for a future date
