MOTION FOR EXEMPTION FROM CREDIT COUNSELING, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, MEANS TEST or CERTIFICATE IN SUPPORT OF DISCHARGE
 
Overview:
 

The debtor may file this request for an exemption if the debtor is unable to complete the requirement due to incapacity or disability as defined in 11 U.S.C. § 109(h)(4); or active military duty in a military combat zone.

This filing should be accompanied by the Motion and Proposed Order.  When required by Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013-3, a Certificate of Service must also be filed.
