New and/or revised procedures effective Monday, September 1, 2014:

  • Filing Instructions:  The Court has posted the following new and/or revised filing instructions.  Filing instructions can be found on our website by clicking the "Filing Instructions" button in the center of the Home page.  They are also available here.  Filing instructions pertaining to motions, applications or contested matters are located on the "Motions and Applications" link on the "Filing Instructions" page.  They are also available here.

3.   Motion for Sale - Property under Section 363(b)
4.   Motion for Sale Free and Clear of Liens
5.   Motion to Modify Ch. 12 Plan - Post Confirmation
6.   Motion to Modify Ch. 13 Plan - Post Confirmation
7.   Plan - Amended Chapter 12 Plan - Pre-Confirmation
8.   Plan - Amended Chapter 13 Plan - Pre-Confirmation
