Effective 4/1/09 the CM/ECF System assigns cases based upon debtor's zip code and county of residence.

1 (Harrisburg - in yellow on the map below)

4 (Williamsport - in blue on the map below - New office code effective 4/1/09)

5 (Wilkes-Barre - in orange on map below)

Office Code 1 - Harrisburg

The following counties are assigned to Office Code 1 - Harrisburg.  All Hearings for cases in these counties will be set in Harrisburg

Judge France - Joan Goodling (Backup Deborah George)
Judge Opel - Deborah George (Backup Beth Irving)

Deborah George is the Harrisburg contact for any Office Code 1 counties handled by Judge Opel.

Office Code 4 - Williamsport

The following counties are assigned to Office Code 4 - Williamsport.  Whenever possible, hearings for cases in these counties will be set in Williamsport.

The WMSPT_HRG flag will automatically be set in all instances except when the filer uses Case Upload.  In cases when the flag was not set and should have been, the Clerk's Office will manually set the flag.

Hearings will be held in Williamsport one day per month for both offices.  There is no limit to the number of cases that can be set.

Office Code 5 - Wilkes-Barre

The following counties are assigned to Office Code 5 - Wilkes-Barre.  All hearings for cases in these counties will be set in Wilkes-Barre:
