Substitution of Attorney
SUBSTITUTION OF ATTORNEY
Overview:
A substitution of attorney is a document filed with the intention of replacing an attorney of record with a new attorney. This document is usually signed by both attorneys and the party to whom the attorney represents but only the new attorney needs to agree, since a party may replace their counsel at any time.
