Electronic Filing Steps

STEP 1   Click on Bankruptcy on the CM/ECF Menu Bar or place the mouse on Bankruptcy on the CM/ECF Menu Bar to receive the cascading menu selections. 

STEP 2   Select Miscellaneous

STEP 3   The Case Number screen displays, enter the case number including the hyphen YY-NNNNN, Click on Find This Case or Click [Next]

STEP 4   Click in the drop down box or type in the blank box above the Available Events to find Statement of Current Monthly Income and Means Test Calculation (Chapter 7), Click [Next]

STEP 5   Select the debtor as party filer at the select the party box, Click [Next]

STEP 6   Click Browse and search for the pdf file to attach to your docket event

                Click [Next]

STEP 7   Enter Current Income of Individual Debtor

                Select the appropriate event(s) to which you event relates: This relates to the petition, Click [Next]

STEP 8   The Modify as Appropriate screen displays, Click [Next]

STEP 9   The Final Text displays, Click [Next]

STEP 10  The Notice of Electronic Filing screen displays with the case number, docket event, docket number and who was notified
