Rule 7041-1 Notice of Dismissal of Adversary Proceeding.

Before any adversary proceeding is involuntarily dismissed pursuant to F.R.B.P. 7041, a thirty (30) day notice will be given by the clerk to each party whose claim is to be dismissed and to the counsel of record for that party, if any.
