MATRIX PROCESSING

 Overview:

 In a voluntary chapter 7, 13 or 12 case the debtor shall file with the petition a creditor mailing matrix.  In an involuntary case, the debtor shall file a creditor mailing matrix within seven (7) days after the entry of the order for relief.

 Chapter 11 cases, unless ordered otherwise, will file a list of equity security holders within fourteen (14) days after the entry of the order for relief.
